My
name is Bruce Braun. First and foremost, I am a born again Christian and
recognize that without Christ in my life, I am nothing! I also happen to be a successful, full time
TV Producer/Director with more than 30 years experience and 7000 shows to my
credit; including over 100 prime time network specials. I've not only worked
for all the major networks, but have produced hundreds of Major TV shows,
specials, and events for secular television (recently the Director of Broadcast
operations for the Titanic Expedition and show Director for The Arnold Schwarzenegger
Classic) as well as practically every major evangelical ministry you can think
of. I'm not boasting or proud since
without Christ none of this would have been possible in my life. I realize, as
a sinner saved by His grace, I owe everything I have accomplished or possess to
an mighty, merciful, and great GOD!
I
simply want to share with all that might be interested, what I believe to be a
wonderful way of positively and effectively promoting of your church or
ministry in your own community, thus building "the bridge". This is

the past several years I have been involved in, this unique and effective
method of church/ministry promotion that makes cost effective use of the
television media.
Working along with a Christian owned national time buying
agency, I have been producing 30 second customized TV spots for churches and
ministries nationwide. They are VERY cost effective because we only buy local
cable, usually well below rate card!

30-second
customized spots have an innovative twist, as I will Explain.
Perhaps you've seen the elegantly produced, dramatized "message" spots produced by the Mormons (Church of the Latter-Day-Saints) or more recently GENERIC Pre-Produced Christian spots. Our spots, which, by the way, I began producing in Los Angeles, Ca. in 1970, well before the Mormons, deal with every day issues faced Americans. Terrorism, Fear, Divorce, Drug use, Inter-personal relationships, Dating, Death, Marriage, Fitness, Birth, Drinking, Money & wealth, and Community affairs, are just some of the many topics we deal with in these beautifully produced, personalized spots.
THESE
ARE NOT GENERIC-Pre-Produced pieces but, rather Pro-Active, custom created
spots, produced on location, in your community, using the pastor from your
church and people from your congregation as the on-camera talent. This gives
your church, your pastor, and your people a personal and intimate visibility in
your community.

We have produced hundreds these spots for scores of ministries all over

Most churches choose to
produce five to seven spots on various topics, chosen from a list of more than
100.
2.
After just a few organizational
calls with the church, planning locations, people, props and scheduling, my
crew arrives and shoots all the spots in usually 1 day.
3.
The impact on the pastor's
time is minimal because all scripts can be read from cue cards, though
memorizing short phrases of 2 or three sentences is even more effective
visually.

Usually all production can be accomplished with the help and
participation of just a few families in
the church though we will
accommodate any number that wish to be
involved.

Typically, the approval copy of the edited spots is
available in less than 2 weeks and following approval, airtime is then booked.
You make the script choices based on your ministry's specific strengths and
what will be relevant to your specific community.
#2 Present a positive image of the sponsoring ministry by
presenting the
community with "Traditional,
Christ centered, family and moral
messages".
#3 Do not intimidate the viewers by coaxing them to visit
your church or
ministry but rather leave that
decision up to them. Simply put, the spot
is saying: "We're a church
that cares about you and/or your
family....with no strings
attached!"
#4 Give your congregation a sense of "pride" and
association, allowing
new doors to opened for them to
witness and share God's love on a
personal basis with those who have
been "warmed" since viewing the
spots.
#5 Are a very cost-effective use of your ministry's dollars
if you're
considering a presence on TV.
